Wealth Management

We assist our clients through the life cycle of their wealth. The three phases of an investor’s financial life are:

  • Wealth Accumulation
  • Wealth Preservation
  • Wealth Distribution

We walk our clients through the process of wealth during life and at death in the most efficient manner possible. We serve as primary consultants for our clients. This simply means that in addition to our investment management, we work with teams of other professionals to help meet our client’s essential financial needs, such as:

  • Estate Planning
  • Tax Planning
  • Insurance and Risk Management
  • Business Valuation
  • Alternative Investments
  • Philanthropic and Social objectives
  • Etc…

Why should you hire us?

A: Independent Advice
Our only business is to provide investment consulting services and manage assets for private clients and institutions. Every year, we query our clients about companies they have come in contact with that have provided truly exceptional performance and client service. With this information, we have developed relationships with exceptional Estate Planners, Attorneys, CPA’s and other specialized service providers. We focus primarily on our core competency and bring in other professionals for needs outside of our core competency.

B: Mitigating the Guesswork
We are committed to taking the guessing out of your investments. In reviewing the stock selection methodologies of most equity managers and Wall Street Analysts, we believe our methodology to be highly effective. Further, we believe the institutional approach of blending investments with active management helps to achieve this goal.

C: We Care
We recognize that excellent service and promises kept are merely the price to get in the game and that to be truly successful, we need to provide something more. We treat others as we would want to be treated as clients and our standards are high.

Investment Policy Planning and Asset Allocation

One of our key responsibilities is to inform and educate the clients with whom we work on issues affecting the accounts we oversee. We consistently emphasize the importance of risk management, which is the principal component of an investment policy. We routinely prepare investment policy statements for our clients. Our goal is that these documents provide a clear and unambiguous blueprint to govern the plan that we've developed for the client.

For private clients, our process begins after we’ve completed a thorough discovery of the client’s goals, risk tolerances, assets and liabilities. Once we have developed the financial plan for the client, we begin to work on a strategy to implement the plan.

Client Education

We have several ways that we work with our clients in educating them on investment issues. One of the most important ways that we educate clients is through our reviews of their programs and ongoing meetings. Some of our executive clients have also asked us to prepare special research or educational materials on topics to discuss with their staff.

In addition, every 18 months we host a client conference covering a variety of topics, providing our clients the opportunity to meet and share ideas.

Alternate investments involve specific risks that may be greater than those associated with traditional investments and may be offered only to clients who meet specific suitability requirements, including minimum-net-worth tests.  Raymond James does not provide legal or tax advice.  Investors should consult with their tax and legal advisors.
